The founder, Natasja Pelgrom designed these unique programs, that aim to incorporate traditional knowledge, modern research, and therapeutic practices. The team of facilitators has together over 35+ years of experience working with individuals and groups with therapeutic holistic healing modalities and ancient technology. They serve from the broad range of wisdom traditions, hold a container of depth, and offer preparation and integration programs prior to, during, and after the retreat.

Natasja Pelgrom, is a revered thought leader and accomplished executive who has made significant contributions to the fields of personal transformation and psychedelics-assisted care. As a sacred medicine woman, mentor, and consultant, Natasja facilitates profound spiritual alchemy journeys, creating a compassionate space for self-leadership and driving behavioral and systemic change. Her primary objective is to empower practitioners and executives to excel in their services by emphasizing the importance of impact and change. Renowned for her highly intuitive guidance, Natasja has played instrumental roles in over 1000 psychedelic ceremonies, serving as a trainer, facilitator, and assistant. As the founder of AWAKEN THE MEDICINE WITHIN Retreats and Education since 2017, she brings her wisdom and expertise to executive advisory roles in the (psychedelic) health and wellness industry. Natasja’s multifaceted approach is complemented by her extensive background of over 20 years as a serial entrepreneur.
